Saunders, the original "Love Boat Lady" is joining
us on this cruise for the entire 7 days! Her stories of her years as a
Cruise Director and her adventures at sea formed the basis of her book
"The Love Boats", which the TV series was based on. Jeraldine will be giving
a lecture on board, just for us, on the Love Boat and how Arron Spelling
and her got the show going!
Quite a story. She will also personalize and sign a copy of her book for
each and every one of us. Jeraldine is a wonderful woman to talk to and
I have spent hours with her on the phone talking about stories from the
original show. She has boxes of pictures and original memorabilia, and
will be sharing this will all of us. She can't wait to meet all of you!

Summer, 2001. The tentative title of the show is "The Love Boat; Now and
Then". Jeraldine Saunders will be the common thread throughout the hour
special, touring the ship, with tales and stories of her adventures, and
how things have changed. Bernie Kopell and Jill Whelan will add to the
content with their memories of the show. They are all planning on cruising
with us for the entire 7 days! The attraction of this documentary and cruise
is that a theme cruise based on a TV show has NEVER been done with some
of the original stars! How appropriate that it's the Love Boat.
